Dancing In Their Light

The Project

Based on the colorful memoir by Debbie Chinn about an immigrant family that flees the Communist takeover of China in 1949 to the United States while bringing with them their specialized skills, connections, and a spirit of invention, this project explores the many aspects of her family’s immigrant influence that have contributed to this country's economic growth and reputation during the 20th Century and beyond.
